These terms govern your use of SaBi (sabi.style) and the storefronts of the brands hosted on it. Reading them is your responsibility, but they are written in plain English on purpose.
SaBi is a multi-tenant platform operated by Ta-Tech Solutions. Each storefront on SaBi (AfricStyle, King Moh, Stanlion, Maccen, and others) is operated by an independent fashion house. SaBi provides the platform; the houses sell and ship the goods.
When you place an order, your contract is with the house, not with SaBi. SaBi facilitates the transaction and provides shared services like measurements, account management, and the AI concierge.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order on SaBi. By using the platform you confirm you meet that requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Body measurements, addresses, and contact details you save on SaBi are stored to make ordering easier. You can edit or delete them at any time.
Each piece on a storefront uses one of four pricing modes:
Fixed: the price shown is the price you pay. Add to bag and checkout.
Starting from: the price is a minimum. Final price is set during the commission conversation.
Negotiable: the price shown is indicative. Final price is set in conversation with the house.
On request: no price is shown. The house will quote after you reach out.
Each mode is clearly labeled on the product page so you know what to expect before you commit.
Commissions and custom-made pieces require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once cutting has started.
Crafting timelines are estimates. The house will keep you informed if delays arise. If a delay is material (more than two weeks beyond the original estimate), you may request a refund of any unworked balance.
Final fittings happen in person or via the body scanner. After acceptance at the final fitting, the piece is considered delivered.
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unworn, original condition. Each house publishes its specific return address and policy on its storefront.
Custom-made, commissioned, and one-of-one pieces are not eligible for return because they are made to your measurements. Alterations are available for a fee.
Shipping options, costs, and timelines are set by each house and shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you are responsible.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Save your tracking number.
Designs, images, and brand names on SaBi are owned by the respective houses or by SaBi (Ta-Tech Solutions). Heritage motifs and traditional patterns are part of a shared cultural inheritance; the houses interpret them but do not claim ownership of the tradition itself.
You may not copy or resell content from any storefront without written permission from the relevant house.
Each storefront offers an AI concierge (named after the house owner). The concierge is an assistant: it can help you choose pieces, explain the commission process, and answer common questions. It cannot make binding pricing decisions or commit the house to delivery dates.
Final quotes, custom requests, and disputes are escalated to a human at the house.
How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy policy. Read it: we wrote it for humans, not lawyers.
You may close your account at any time by writing to the house or to SaBi at the contact below. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a security risk to the platform.
SaBi and the houses provide the storefronts and goods 'as is.' To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
Total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
These platform-level terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States. Each house may publish additional terms governed by the laws of its own jurisdiction; those additional terms apply only to that house's transactions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the platform with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continuing to use SaBi after the effective date counts as acceptance.
