We collect the minimum we need to take care of your order and we do not sell your data. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
SaBi is operated by Ta-Tech Solutions. Each fashion house on the platform is an independent operator. Both SaBi and the relevant house are joint controllers of the data you share when you order from a storefront.
Account information: your name, email, password (hashed), and optionally a phone number.
Order information: pieces you bought, prices paid, addresses for shipping, payment method used (we never store full card numbers).
Body measurements: only the measurements you choose to save under your fit profile. You can edit or delete any of them at any time.
Contact history: messages you exchange with a house or with the AI concierge, kept so we can help with follow-up questions.
Technical: IP address, device type, browser, and referring page. Used for security and for understanding what pages need work.
Fulfill your order (the house ships the piece, we take payment).
Run your fit profile (the house cuts to your size).
Respond to your messages (the house and the AI concierge).
Send you order updates and receipts.
Improve the platform (analytics that don't identify you individually).
Marketing only when you opt in. Unsubscribe is one click.
Your data is partitioned per house by default. If you save a fit profile and choose 'Share with all houses,' we make the same measurements available to other houses you order from. You can revoke this at any time.
Each house only ever sees data tied to your activity on its storefront, except when you have explicitly chosen to share.
We use Supabase (database, authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp), and Anthropic (AI concierge). These providers process your data only for the purposes above and under contracts that match the protections described here.
Hosting is in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, your data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent.
Account data: as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after closure.
Order data: 7 years (tax and bookkeeping requirements).
Body measurements: until you delete them or close your account.
Contact history: 24 months, then summarized and discarded.
Marketing preferences: as long as your account exists.
You can ask us to: show you what we have on file (access), correct anything wrong (rectification), delete your account and data (erasure), pause certain processing, or hand you a copy in a portable format.

We use a minimum of cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a locale cookie to remember your language, and a tenant context cookie. Analytics cookies are off by default and only activate after you opt in.
SaBi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Sensitive data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses Supabase with magic links and OAuth. We follow the principle of least privilege: each house can only see data scoped to it via row-level security.
We will tell you (by email or by an in-app banner) at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
